Serve With Us at Reborn Ranch

Reborn Ranch is a place where youth, families, and our community can encounter hope in Jesus. None of what happens here would be possible without faithful volunteers who give their time, hearts, and hands to help make it all happen.

If God is stirring your heart to serve, we would love to have you on the team.

Who Can Volunteer?

We welcome:

  • Adults, college students, and responsible teens
  • Individuals, families, and church groups
  • People with or without horse experience

If you love Jesus, care about people, and are willing to learn, there is a place for you here.

Ways You Can Serve

Camp Volunteers

  • Couselers & helpers and small group support
  • Bible Teacher & Life skills Teacher
  • Activity helpers (games, crafts, barn chores, gardening, etc.)
  • Kitchen help (meal prep, serving, clean-up)

Ranch & Facility Help

  • Cleaning, organizing, and basic maintenance
  • Grounds work (weeding, mowing, projects, set-up/tear-down)
  • Event set-up for women’s retreats, worship nights, and family events

Behind-the-Scenes Support

  • Check-in and welcome team
  • Photography / video during events
  • Office help (mailings, projects, organizing supplies)

What to Expect

  • A brief orientation and simple training
  • Serving alongside a team that loves Jesus and people
  • Communication about dates, times, and roles
  • Opportunities to build relationships and be part of what God is doing at the ranch

We just ask for a kind helpful heart and to have fun.

Volunteer Requirements

To help us create a safe and Christ-centered environment, volunteers may be asked to:

  • Complete a volunteer application
  • Provide references
  • Complete a background check
  • Agree to our basic ministry guidelines and statement of conduct
